A local couple has donated almost five acres with a 6,300-square-foot home and a flourishing botanical garden to Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. The property, located just blocks from Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, includes a house, barn, pool and pickleball/tennis court. The donation represents a $5.3 million gift to the university.
